Shen Fung Lin, an artist captivated by the tranquil unity observed in nature, channels his admiration into contemporary landscape abstractionism in his recent works. Influenced by the yearnings of refined scholars from ancient times, Lin seeks to encapsulate the essence of tranquility, peace, and freedom in his artistic expression.
His exploration of abstractionism is a profound endeavor to communicate the harmonious state of unity found in the natural world. Lin's brushstrokes and artistic choices are guided by a desire to evoke a sense of peace and ease that transcends time.
Lin's artistic journey extends beyond his studio, garnering recognition in various international competitions and exhibitions. Among others, he has participated in the London International Creative Competition (UK), ITSLIQUID GROUP CONTEMPORARY, Venice (Italy), Doncaster Art Fair Open Exhibition (UK), Tokyo International Art Fair (Japan), Unknown Asia Exchange Osaka (Japan), the China Licensing Expo, Taipei World Design Expo, and Taiwan Young Designer's Exhibition. He received the VAO-UK & International Emerging Artist Award, the DA - International Design Award in Graphic Design, and the Red Dot Award in Communication Design, as well as the Excellence Award for the Platinum Originality International University Students Graphic Design Competition.
